Your appointments are very important to us here at Caledonia Hair Company. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, that you please provide us with 24 business hours notice.

• Canceling within 12 business hours of the service you have booked will result in a charge of 50% of the service scheduled.
• If you fail to show to your appointment or cancel within 1 hour of your appointment, it will be considered a ‘no show’ which will result in 100% charge for the service that is scheduled. You will not receive a credit or refund for an appointment that you missed.
• A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless you fall within our cancellation policy limits.
• We will not be able to provide services if you are more then 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment.
